John Mahama should rather be the one to contemplate on whether to accept Supreme Court ruling or not. It's clear and plain that the EC colluded with the NDC to steal the ballot again. Election Fraud is a crime punishable by jail term and no-one should try to write and bogus articles to try to tune people's minds. Let's all wait for the final verdict from the Supreme Court. They cannot fail Ghanaians. If Nana should accept any bogus verdict, the one would ask; why did Ghana invest over US $100 millions in the December elections, only for Kwadjo Afari-Gyan and his EC to conduct such a fraudulent elections wasting tax-payer's money? The Supreme Court cannot rule blindly. We're confident they'll make a sound ruling on the case before the court. That's impossible! We should all agree that it's unacceptable and it's criminal and it's ridiculous as well, for the EC to make such fraudulent declaration! Ghanaians cannot accept any false election declaration, when it's obvious that they lied to Ghanaians, by violating it's own laid-down election rules. No way at all; Ghanaians won't accept that!

The same Supreme Court has decided with the Morna case, that there is something more "Supreme" than Supreme, depending on whether the SC ruling suits NDC or not.
It seems Ghana has wasted resources in the education of these so called Judges we mistakenly admire as 'Justices'. Which Ghanaian can not be bought with even a tattered vehicle? Why do we think a Judge cannot be influenced by air-tight bribery?
We may equally put blame on our 1992 Constitution, but was it not framed by so called learned Lawyers like Tsikata? Were all those loop holes not deliberately inserted to suit some individuals?

Is 8+2=10? Why is Nana not accepting first round of elections every time? What justices does he want? In 2008 when NPP was in power, election figures were changing from NPP strong holds then and then in favour of NPP. NPP lost in the first round, but wreckled justices from then Poor Mills.
We had to go second round, costing the nation so much and the very poor administration of the country, prisoners jailed, released, petrol prices reduced to the detriment of Gh and so on.
In this election- 2012, results were same from pooling stations to EC as announced and confirmed by EC.
Nana after loosing knew he couldn't ask EC for 2nd round and has sought SC for this foolish court rulings.
EC used 72 hours to compile wrong results, but NPP has used four months to compile wrong pink sheets ( as Bawumiah witnessed in the SC box).
NPP wants to run this country in their capricious and whimsical ditch.

Diana Sargoe, were you in Ghana during the 2004 elections when Jake usurped the role of the Electoral Commission and blatantly declared NPP the winners of the elections? What kind of justice was that?It is a pity that people like you give comfort for disorder in society. The attempt by eminent people like the Asantehene to forster peace in the country through the Peace Pact was laudable. Was Nana Addo the only wise person in the country to lay down conditions, and what condition spurious excuse over what an NDC youth organiser has said. This is while we are hearing daily on NPP propaganda machinery threats that if your party is not declared winners Afghanistan!!
This is prescisely what you are doing by posing this question at all.You are asking the Supreme Court to give a good judgement as long as it favours your party. What kind of nonsense is that? The fact that Ghana was not turned into Kenya is no thanks to the NPP.They used every ploy, including killing at least four people and maiming those in NDC colours as well as destroying cars etc.The only reason Kenya did not happen is because Ghanaians did not support your desire for mayhem and the security forces were up to the task of keeping peace.
So what verdict should Nana Addo accept. Why should the question even be asked? You see overwhelming evidence?Fortunately the case is being televised and all sober minded people throughout the world are watching too. Some are lawyers who have not lost their certificates and have no party affiliations in Ghana. They will also see whether your over quadruplicated pink sheets will fool everybody.Stop your myopic approach to these things and let the peace loving people of this country enjoy peace and quiet. This notion that unless NPP is in power Ghanaians will have no peace is so misplaced.Justice is not just a one way street defined and seen only by you.And your seeming threats of the Supreme Court will take you no where,Ghanaians are simply fed up with your whimpering and cry babyism.
