Sometimes, I wonder what is wrong with the education of Africans. This case should not have come down to "how many pink sheets are there." This is the reason why I blame Atuguba for allowing this stupidity to go on forever. How do you allow a lawyer to spend 14 good days to ask about how many pink sheets are there? For 14 good days! Haba.

When he realized that Tsatsu was spending all the time asking about pink sheets, all that he needed to do was to stop and count the pink sheets after 2 days of questioning. The pink sheets only address one of the concerns from the petitioners, so why should we spend all our time on that.

If there were "administrative error" or 'mistakes" on 500 pink sheets and the summation or total of that mistakes run into 500,000, who cares about the remaining pink sheets. This is common sense, unfortunately, they have thrown that out through the window.

Go ahead, count the pink sheets and let us know how many "administrative errors" were made and if that could offset or have any affect on the result. Simple and plain and save Ghana from disgrace and debt.

You forgot to equate "admnistrative errors" to election fraud. If the equation does not hold then it really does not matter whether there was 1 "administrative error" or four milliom.

I see the whole excercise brought about by the NPP petitioners as a wonderous steping stone for a corrupt-free Democracy. It is a legacy that would be seen as by prosterity as the one GOOD thing Nana Addo,achieved in his quest and failure to lead the nation. His (Nana Addo) ADBD mantra has been an unfortunate unseparable haunting shadow for him, yet,when a noble course has been achieved even by the "Beast" the Beauty of it must be the end that Justified the means. The outcome of this court case would be more of a legacy whichever way it goes. Cheer you up my countrymen!Rejoice and be Glad.

Well, Daily DESPATCH reports that Atuguba´s record shows 6000+ sheets with duplications! Respondents have less than 10000 sheets, and the registry has 13,900 sheets! Take it that all the accusations levelled against the Respondents are true, which number is going to be the figure from which the 2mil plus votes will be deducted? Is this NOT funny? Peace!

Me nuah Noah, you failed to add one important statement. NPP supplied their 11852 pink sheets to the court registry and got a receipt for that. So if the registry failed to pass on the 11852 pink sheets to two of the respondents, then how does it become the onus of the NPP to explain the deficit, let alone affect their case? It would be the duty of the registrar to explain the shortage. It must be borne in mind that from the onset, the EC reported that they had been short-changed and received the top-up from the registry. That alone is evidence enough.
Finally, if Atuguba wants to tell the world that important though this case is, he failed to check the number of pink sheets supplied him to start with, then there will be question marks about his Lordship! Timidy might be too mild to describe such shortcoming. Wait for the word when all is clear!

I disagree with you on two things:
1. The request that the pink sheets should be counted, the repondence have not shot themselves in the foot.
2. It is not true that the case will go on no matter the number of pink sheet that is arrived at. If the pink sheets are not exactly 11,842 as claimed by the petitioners, the case will move in a different direction. If the pink sheets are lese than 11,842 the case might have an earlier exit. I predict that.
