Short Biography:
Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo

He graduated from the University of Ghana in 1967 with a B.Sc in Economics. Nana trained as a lawyer in England and was called to the English Bar (Middle Temple) in 1971 and the Ghanaian Bar in 1975.

Under President Kufuor, Nana served as the Attorney-General and Minister for Foreign Affairs. He was the flagbearer of the party in the 2008 elections and was again elected in 2010 to be the flagbearer of the party in the upcoming 2012 elections.

I disagree with you. Fact is Tsatsu knows he has no real legal grounds to challenge the petitioners. So he played a psychological delay game such that his address would be rejected. (It was a hollow address anyway). Then if NDC should lose the game he will go to town that it was because his address was rejected to save his facea nd NDC image. Now his hollow address has been accepted. There will be no excuse if the worst happen to him and NDC.

(2) THE PARTY SEEKING TO FILE THE DOCUMENT MUST PREPARE AND SEEAR AN AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE, IN WHICH THAT PARTY DEPOSES THAT HE HAS SERVED EACH PARTY WITH A COPY OF THE DOCUMENT TO BE SERVED.
(3) THE AFFIDAVIT OF DOCUMENT TOGETHER WITH THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT ARE THEN FILED AT THE COURT REGISTRY. SO AT THE TIME OF FILING THE DOCUMENT THE OPPOSING PARTY WOULD HAVE A COPY OF THE DOCUMENT THAT IS BEING FILED.
TO TURN TO THE ELECTION PETITION, WE KNOW THAT THE NDC SOUGHT TO FILE THEIR ADDRESS ON THE AFTERNOON OF JULY 30, BUT COULD NOT DO SO BECAUSE THE COURT REGISTRY WAS CLOSED. AT THE TIME THAT THEY ATTEMPTED TO FILE THE ADDRESS, A COPY OF THE DOUCMENT HAD ALREADY BEEN SERVED ON THE NPP'S LAWYERS. EARLY THE NEXT MORNING THE NDC WERE ABLE TO SERVE THEIR DOCUMENTS. THE NPP IS ALLEGING THAT TSASTU NEEDED THE INTERVENING NIGHT TO ALTER THE NDC'S ADDRESS. IF THIS IS TRUE, THEN IT WILL MEAN THAT THE VERSION THAT THE NDC FILED WITH THE COURT WOULD BE DIFFERENT FROM THE VERSION SERVED ON THE OTHER PARTIES ON JULY 30, 2013. SO FAR WE HAVE NOT HARD ANY OF THE NPP'S LAWYERS MAKING THE CLAIM THAT THE VERSION WHICH WAS SERVED ON THEM IS DIFFERENT FROM THE VERSION WHICH WAS SERVED ON THE COURT.
THE NOISES BEING MADE BY T HE LIKES OF ROCKSON AND HIS ILK IS THE SAME OLD BOGUS EXCUSES WHICH HAVE BEEN SPEWED BY THE NPP TO PSYCH THEIR FANATICS AND PREPARE THEM TO REJECT A CERTAIN DEFEAT AT THE SUPREME COURT
