  Egya, I wish I can agree with you. I like your positive attitude but I must agree with the writer of this posting. To understand the write's point I want you to think about the concept of limits in mathematics where a graph is said to have become asymptotic - meaning it has hit a wall and you can only change the graph by changing variables on both axis in the equation. This mathematical idea of limitation to growth can be used to analyze and predict outcomes of organizational efforts as well.
  
  Simply put two conditions must exist for anything to grow. First is the structure or DNA of the thing itself and second is the environmental conditions in which the thing is to grow. Thus if you plant a good bean seed in two bottles one the size of a beer bottle and the other a size of two gallon bucket the bean plants will each grow in size to the space in each bottle. If the structure and DNA is not good it grow as a small plant in both bottles.so a dim wit will always be that no matter which environment it is.
  
  So what the writer is saying is that (a) Our politicians predisposition for civil political collaboration is not healthy ( DNA) based on Africans tendency to destroy their political opponents -vendetta and vilifications. And that(b) our political discourse is characterize by malicious and pugilistic predispositions. We do not have a culture of political cooperation where the "good of country" supersedes individual or group political ambitions (the environment). Thus it would be invalid to assume that an all-inclusive or power sharing political arrangement would work under conditions where the players have no history of political cooperation in their DNA and a legacy environment where such cooperation would flourish.
  
  We cannot "will" a condition call "Peace" where people bury their passions and numb their senses just to get along if the conditions do not exist. Case in point is when Fifi Kwetey went on the radio a few Akuffo Addo, his father, JB Danquah and his relations. How can this learned chap work with Nana Addo in an all inclusive government based on what he said on radio? Or he will be born again? And how about what the NDC Chairperson said regarding the Chief justice and the SC about 4 years ago.
  
  Civil and passionate political competition of ideas on how to make a difference in our country folks lives is a better prescription for peaceful governance and not a gold gilded cage called PEACE!

  all inclusive does not mean partisan rather a govt of the people and by the people , a govt which includes all the tribes in proportion to their population ratio and not like today whereby we have a disproportionate lopsided govt in favor of northerners , alajihs , Muslims , some ewe but predominately pepeni . of the so called 4 million who they say voted for ndc we believe the majority were southerners but southerners barely make up a third of the govt once you go through all the appointees on the lower level . Ghanians have rejected this injustice and so we shall soon have war as this abuse of the morality of the constitution can not survive and this is what i believe fifi and others are saying . there is no need to deny the opportunity of those with integrity and competence to perform just because they belong to the other party or no party as is the majority of the cases . stick to this narrow pointed view and Ghana will burn , we shall not tolerate for long being refugees in our own country

  NDC goons are running away to other countries not because they are fearful of any wars or mayhem after the supreme court verdict but simply because as soon as Nana is crowned Ghana's president, they will all be going straight to jail where they will spend the rest of their lives there forgetting so well that the international criminal justices will assist in bringing them back to base. Okudjeto Ablakwa is running away, Betty Mould idrissu is running away, Asiedu nkatia is running, Yaw Boateng Gyan, Afari Gyan, Otukonor, Fiifi Kwatey, jon nkomfem mahama and all of them can run but they can't hide. We will find them and deal with them with the law of our motherland. They came only to steal, loot, destroy, kill and mismanage Ghana for us with the yebedii keke stupidity.

  The way forward is winner takes all. If Kuffour could not work with Akufo Addo for his 8 years tenure why should Mahama be forced into working with the likes of Akufo Addo in his government.
  
  Under what manifesto are they going to rule Ghana? Is it the free education or the Better Ghana Agenda?
  
  Proponents its too simplistic to consider Unity Government. What happened in the 1970s when Kutu Acheampong proposed the Unity Government style of Governance.
  
  It was rejected by these same present proponents of Unity Government.

  This all inclusive government will not be supervised over by foreigners but the same Ghanaians who are full of shit. So, what are we expecting? God himself to come down and rule us? Come on folks, we have a big problem on our hands.
  
  We hate to tell the truth. The rule of law means nothing to us and if these two things that is the basic foundation of democracy is meaningless to us, how on this planet can we implement something and let it work?
  
  Let's change our attitude and the chips will fall into its rightful place.
