This is clearly a belated rejoinder! The call has been made in Mr Kpodo's and Reuter's favour. That article was a classy article beyond the comprehension of this writer and many others as shown by the misinterpretation of what was written about the budget deficit and investor shyness even if Mahama won. Tweah! Kwasi simply reported the views of informed people, including some lawyers too. Not only SC judges are lawyers and know the law. I am no lawyer but it was very clear to me that it was a frivolous case without merit which even the many pro-NPP judges on the panel CANNOT and COULDN'T rule in favour of the petitioners. The least they could have done is to order a re-run, which some tried to do but failed. Kwasi called the shots and he was absolutely right! Besides, Reuters as a world renowned reputable news organisation has resources and people at its disposal to evaluate and edit news sent to it by its correspondents before publishing. That's exactly what happened in this case.

Only delusional and very superstitious people could ever think that the SC judges could have agreed to what the petitioners wanted. Unfortunately, the mass of Ghanaians, from top to bottom, are exactly afflicted with such attributes!

So you knew that it is belated rejoinder but you don't know that his, Kwasi's, prediction proved correct, eh? What did he err on then? He hit the verdict on the nail just exactly like many of us who are sane thought it'd be. Only insane, delusional and superstitious people could have thought otherwise! Even some NPP supporters I spoke with face to face were only hoping for a re-run.
Then, I'd asked them: but since those areas were NDC strongholds, they have won them again, perhaps with even bigger margins? All I got in response were some waffling, doesn't-make-sense delusional hopes.

Kwasi Kpodo like the rest of us predicted the outcome of this case after listening to all the legal arguments from both sides.

Reuthers have been predicting outcomes of events for a very long time and this not peculiar to them alone. Most international news organisations do same and they do this by critically analyzing events. they have experts in all fields. Well the verdict has come and they have been right just like the iternational observers. In any case any balance minded person new the election was won in december, the court just confirmed it. thanks

The crust of the matter is that Kpodo and the NDC knew beforehand the outcome of the judgement before it was delivered. He and the NDC only wanted to hide behind a reputable international agency like Reuters.

Reuters felt Ike Quartey and Pacman both won their bouts against De La Hoya and Bradley respectively so please shut your Hutton Mills NPP mouth.
NPP agents could have planted or put the extra ballots in the ballot boxes of NDC strongholds so as to get the results of those polling stations declared null and void. They cannot prove it is impossible so no sensible judge will vote for over voting having affected the results as most of it were by one or two votes.
