Please everybody try and call aspade a spade and no insults. Human beings are all the same we are all God's creation and lets embrace one another irrespective of where we come from.I read people saying bad things about volta people and that is something i will naver say about any tribe.If i have my way to stop people commenting on this site i will be more than happy to do so.Some comments are just too bad to read. Please stop the insult.

Yes, I can agree with you that for the 19 donkey years that Rawlings was in power, he did nothing about the Keta sea problem. It was at the tail end of his tenure(roughly six months to the election that brought Kuffour to power) that he started test dredging of the Keta Lagoon.

Let it be said here loud and clear that it was Kuffour who took up the gauntlet to continue with a project which was barely 5% done when he assumed the reins of government. He could have decided to discontinue it but his largeness of heart made him to continue and conclude it.

Let us give credit to whom it is due when the need arises.

Stop perpetrating lies here about jj having secured the funding for the Keta sea defence wall. Rawlings even failed to pay for the contractor who supplied the initial rocks for that project which initially cost less than $150,000 but eventually cost Ghana about $10,000,000 due to a dubious settlement debt.

It was the Npp that built the Keta sea defence wall after Rawlings abandoned that project due to lack of funds. Stop your lies.
