  It was a train wreck from the beginning because we were simply not ready for self-rule, no matter the craftiness of the vociferous chanters of "self government now". 60+ years later, the nation and most survivors from the foolishness and frenzied madness that characterized the chaotic beginning have moved on except Clement Sangaparee, the northern bigot. Rudely awakened from the promised dream of utopia, courtesy of his membership of the dreaded Young Pioneer Movement, he can't handle the disappointment and has since become cocooned in a time capsule. Clement refuses to learn and let go of the past. The less heed a nation brought to its knees by a CPP look- alike administration gives the tribal bigot, the better our survival chances as a united nation.

Mr Clement Sangaparee's intolerant effusions and tribal bigotry is a window into the past and presents an excellent opportunity to assess the oppression and suppression of people's rights suffered under the Nkrumah dictatorship . You can write as much as you want but know that your readers are not stupid.
