We cannot condone bad behaviour. He could have ignored the heckler. Politicians get heckled all the time. This DCE should go and find another job. He is arrogant and abrasive, lacks training and decorum. These are issues of deep concern. Offensive behaviour should not be rewarded. He has brought the office into disrepute and has been boasting of his fame since the event. He did not demonstrate any remorse. Ghana has gone to the dogs. There is no discipline and no respect for authority anymore.
