This is a man who have enviable resume (CV) which everybody or a company will be proud of to hire him to be part of its executive but like we say not everything that glitters is gold. With his academic credentials, couple with his employment history prior to the Vice Presidency Position, what I see in this man is, he did not vision or prepare for the Presidency. Had he thought about that, he could have learned all his way up prior to this enviable hierarchy.
He lacks leadership qualities and that is causing his poor performance. I chanced to watch CNN when a Governor of a state in USA was giving his State Address - a message of his which caught my attention and it's factual is that "governing is not hard business if you hire men/women with right thinking irrespective of their political or other social inclination who can help you to execute the agenda or the contract you made with the electorate to their satisfaction". That is all you need to do and at the end of the term, the same electorates will reward you by renewing your contract again.
Mahama is Dad's boy who have had things on silver platter and that is causing his woes. No hope in this man. E&OE.
