  I thank those who made positive comments. As for those with hatred and malice in their minds i'd remind them to go learn more about their traditional history and what peace and respect are sought for in their faith systems.
  The registrars are more mindful or tradition and customs than Aden's comments insinuate.
  A basic Google or web search will tell you much more about what Humanists are and what they don't do.
  I left religions behind because i learnt the complicated histories behind them and learnt much more about the struggles to push ideology over action in the present world we live in.
  Where as you can see in some of the comments a lot of people are more opinionated than they are actually knowledgeable of their environment. even when texts as for respect and peaceful coexistence in practice individuals, not the whole community take matters into their own hands to force others to think they way they want them to. Forced compliance is not the way we have lived our lives to date i nothing any of the negative comments say will change my resolve. Ironically, neither will my words change the negativity already displayed by these petty commentaries. When clearly thy themselves don't know very much about the ideals they are attacking.

  I am frankly embarrassed by the hate expressed in the comments about. Hate all you want, the couple is happy and that's all that mattters. The lot of you can sodd off!

Rather than support personal choice and freedom of religion or from religion, they would rather demonise anyone who is not part of their tiny, limited belief system. Disgusting people but it's good we can see the truth of their beliefs.

  Those who truly consciously try to follow e.g. "love with all your heart", "love your enemy", "turn the other cheek", "what you do to the least, you do unto me", "don't judge, lest you shall judge yourself by the same measure" et c., are not responsible for all these "crusades" and psychopathically dogmatic misinterpretations, damnations, persecutions, threats and accusations.
  
  But they are probably still relatively few (the salt of the earth) and maybe often wavering in their endeavors (loving and turning the other cheek is probably the hardest for humans to do - harder than fighting back and revenge) and usually don't call themselves christian, because that would seem as a hubris to them.
