  Boredom is the most charitable word I can
  best use to tag this satirical ennui of the Akan name stealer, Trokosi Kwarteng. I could foresee through my bifocal concave lenses that this seemingly embittered, depressed and miserable soul has a lot to say, a lot to tell 'forumers' and the diversely broad Ghanaian community as a whole, but he end up telling nothing. I am not afraid to tell that, this so called 'political Satire' as the writer himself put it, and the socio-culturally inappropriate write ups, that wield so much venom of hate, a deliberate attempt to incite public fury against Ashantis, is no more fun and must be condemned by all level headed Ghanaians. I don't really know his educational background but methink taking a weeklong class in Creative Writing and Linguistics with Prof Ahoofe and Dr. SAS would add a professional touch to his unfortunate twaddling which makes me want puke anytime they are featured on this forum.

Let me tell you that no attempt by your so call political satire with so much hatred against Asantes will change anything in Ghana. Just take a critical look at the just ended Otumfour's 15 years celebration and the dignitaries who graced the occasion. If any of your trokosi chiefs even pay people to attend their celebration in Eweland I can bet you that he will celebrate it with only people from the number 9 region. Herein lies the hate and envy of an inward-looking Kwarteng who is using his slave name.

  That word is gradually becoming a term of endearment in my hard-of-hearing half ears. I have heard it so many times in Nigerian movies that I laugh whenever I hear it. Anyway, GILS SP is why I write this piece. Her presence always means another sequel.
  
  Let me just repeat this: Writing is not one of my headaches. I hope you get it for the last time.
  
  It is not even a gift. Some of us struggle to put one or two English words together. I hope you understand since English is the my third language.
  
  First is Twi (Fante/Asante), second is Ga, third is English, and fourth is "some" French. I will not kill myself over third and fourth languages, which are not even native, my brother.
  
  Finally, Don't bother yourself. Teach me English yourself. Next critique the content of the essay. What do you like about? What don't you like about it?
  
  You argue with the head, not the heart; with facts and critical thinking, not via emotion/sentiments, etc. And I don't hate any ethnic group or individual for that matter. Remember I am part of humanity.
  
  Maybe it is the literary technique I am using that is the problem. Ask questions and I may be of help. Another discerning and critical reader can also be of great assistance to you.
  
  Besides, I privately communicate with a reader, a distinguished European-trained Creative Writer and poet, who understands every single piece I put out here. Ask questions and if this distinguished creative writer and poet happens to be around, my good friend, he/she will help you.
  
  And let me tell one interesting fact which most Ghanaweb readers may not be aware of:
  
  There is a Wole Soyinka, a Shakespeare, a Toni Morrison, a Geoffrey Chaucer, even a George Benard Shaw Ghanaweb columnist whose writings a prominent US-based Ghanaian professor of English, Communication, Creative Writing, and Literary Journalism uses in his mostly White-attended classes.
  
  Do you know the name of the class this US-based Ghanaian professor of English, Communication, Creative Writing, and Literary Journalism?
  
  "Bad Writings."
  
  Next time, my good friend, add Kobina Antobam, Daniel K. Pryce, Dr. Michael Bokor, and Andy K to the list. These are fabulous writers.
  
  Dr. SAS is already my English teacher so you don't need to stress yourself. I can always call or write to him when I need help with linguistics.

  Wouldn't our nation be much better off if the people we meet would say; 'I know something good about you; And then treat us that way.
  Haters, like all fault-finders, have the nagging tendency to forget their humanness and often view their own faults with much leniency. They're very adept at smothering the voice of their conscience and have the audacity to review with great harshness others seeming peculiarities and weaknesses and often, the same failings in themselves that they see in others.
  We can easily find fault in others if that's what we're looking for. Because of a different environment, unequal opportunities, and many other things, people, though of one nation, tribe, family, are not necessarily in the same position. How can man , with all his weaknesses and frailties dare to arrogate to himself the position of a judge? At best you can judge only what your imperfect sight allows you to see but you can't judge the heart or the intention of another . How often do we hear people say especially during a tragedy or bereavement: 'I know how you feel'. No, you don't know how I feel.
  Hatemongers are not nation builders but destroyers and anarchists. More often than not they find out too late they've been kicking against the pricks . Self defense is not a crime and when caught between the enemy and the raging sea everyone would do what's necessary for survival . And I'd rather be at the table than be on the menu. Self defense is noble and a moral responsibility.
  We can surely grow together as a nation if we avoid the hatemongers' path by trying to eliminate pride, passion, personal feeling, prejudice and pettiness from our minds and instead court friendship and love. There was a purpose and reason, justification and wisdom, when Jesus Christ, the master teacher, taught his followers during his 'sermon on the mount' : "Love your enemies", if for any reason we think we have any.
  Mr Francis Kwarteng you spend a lot of time writing and if you really mean well for the nation then improve yourself today and improve the Akans tomorrow. Danquah and Busia were not perfect but so was Nkrumah. We can learn wisdom and strength from their strength and weaknesses if we'd invest the time in dispassionately analysing their lives and personal contributions to our national well-being.   The word "dung" refers to Kwame Nkrumah's moral weaknesses and political shortcoming. But most readers have missed that.
  
  That said, Kwame Nkrumah was the best Africa ever produced. Nelson Mandela was not even close.
  
  Mandela himself said this. I have reproduced this statement by Nelson Mandela elsewhere. Nkrumah is the single most important personality Africa ever produced.
  
  Danquah and Busia did not come close. The two may be amng the worst African produced. The records are there for all to see.
  
  Finally, Mother Teresa, Gandhi, America's Founding Fathers, Nelson Mandela, Mao Tse Tung, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Walter Sisulu, Oliver Tambo, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Jr., etc., were no perfect.
  
  Most of America's Founding Fathers whom many Africans worhip were even worst than Nkrumah, including Presidents. Lyndon B. Johnson, Jhn F. Kennedy whose foreign policies directly led Nkrumah's overthrow were even worse.
  
  Let's celebrate the greatness Nkrumah. My good friend, Mensah Abrampah, this series have no connection with any individual or ethnic groupper se.
  
  I have merely appropriated historical, cultural, and moral motifs from the African world to describe as well as to critique African modernity. I hope I have said enough.
