  SALIFU, Dr. Spio Garbrah has never said his Doctorate is earned. There have two types of doctorate degrees: earned and unearned. The earned has the title PhD after the name.

  Dr. Ekow Spio Garbrah has NEVER written his name as above.
  For your information Dr Kwame Nkrumah's doctorate was unearned just as that of Dr Spio Garbrah
