You cannot even gauge her situation. The few times I have heard her speak, she does not suitably impress. Not an orator, not eloquent. Such a top post requires agility, sagacity and shrewdness. I don't see that in this Mrs Charlot Osei Woman at all. It is not about gender, but about a woman who possesses the above qualities.

  It will be ungrateful and naïve to say Dr Kwadjo Afari-Djan has done little to bring our democracy to where we are rigt now.If you have no compliment to deliver to Dr Djan,just leave him alone;To tell you the truth Dr Djan has done enormous job bringing our democracy to where we are now.Not all countries has got it as we are.For goodness sake;just imagine yourself how far we have come to this point of our democracy.it is all about Mr Kwadjo Afari-Djan..As President said before;As Ghanaians we turn to be forgetful,,And infact;to me,personally Ghanaians are ungrateful and forgetful.Again;it is very naïve trying to tarnish the new EC Boss;very smart,educated in very smart country on policy making..i trust the University she obtained her degree which is Kingston University,Ontario Canada,noted for it's best policy making program.i believe,the people of Ghana should leave her allow to do her job.

But let me ask u a question, would u contineoue to finance a business that doesn't yield profit? We've change the register for six times and yet still we are seeing the same problems with the register. Don't u think we need to look for a lasting solution to this? I wonder.National identification cards is the answer to our problems and not the changing of the register is the solution.such a fool person like u who knows nothing about elections and by the time u wake up from your dream,JDM will be confirmed as your president.   Am always amazed when I read such articles. from all intents u ain't being objective but rather trying to support ur parties claim which is well understood. All EC bosses have been Akans yet u always complain. one thing u seems not to know is dat that NDC defends whoever not considering their tribes but u r not. Let me come to my issues. the fact that u v made an accusation with evidence doesn't mean it should but accepted n acted on. with the advent of technology everything is possible. The best for the EC to do is to investigate the claims by Npp to be sure that NPp isn't being mischievous and that is what they doing now. Npp should see themselves as being right and challenging all decisions in the country. continue that way and u will b in opposition forever.
  Now how do u identify a Burkinabe from a northern or voltarian from togolese or Ivorian from an nzema etc. they v similar or almost the same names. and its not u who decides who is a Ghanaian. so its not easy as the Npp thinks it is. I v been to the border towns n to my surprise whether in Ghana or cote d'Ivoire they accept currency from both countries n their language is accross board. they cross the border everyday to do business, so how how will u separate Ghanaians or Npp will chose those they consider to be Ghanaians? EC knows all u know but has to be cautious cos there is no identification system in Ghana. let me and here

  You see, it's stupid, backward thinking people like you who will ensure that the NPP remains entrenched in opposition. For you to suggest that just because someone has an Akan bearing name then they should do the bidding of the NPP is very sad indeed. Ok so let's just say that everyone in Ghana thinks along ethnic lines like you do and votes along ethnic lines. How many regions in Ghana will the NPP win and how many will the NDC win? When dumb tribalistic fools like you are given the platform to spew such ethnic hatred, the end result is the ethnic cleansing we see so often in other african countries.
  
  You attack the head of the EC and you give no reason for your attack except to say that because she's Akan you can't understand why she's not licking NPP's arse. Are you serious? How dumb and low can you stoop? You go into an election and win 3 out of 10 regions and still expect to win the presidency. Have you not locked unto the fact that Ghanaians see through the NPP's ethnic hatred for anything or anyone non-akan?
  
  And you are the same person who will sit wherever you are now and shout your voice hoarse about racism in the west. If even you, with your stinking attitude think you are of a better social and intellectual standing in Ghanaian society simply because you are akan, then why do you have a problem when white people treat blacks like second class and discriminate towards them?   The fact that we don't have national identification cards and proper civil status,the voters register will continue to be bloated always.Mind you,there are millions of Ghanaians who bear foreign names from long time ago even before Ghana was born.The constitution allows person without any document at all to register and vote if only 2 persons can guarantee that he is a Ghanaian,what about that?The EC has to follow the 2012 elections report and the recommendations from the Supreme Court to make reforms.EC does not take orders from Bawumia and NPP,nobody can bully the EC.They have to review the reports and make some reforms,technical and administrative ones.Thank you.

So don't you get surprised when people like Hopeson Adoyeh, Bugri Nabu, Titus Glover, Boniface Abubakr, Bawumia etc parade themselves as NPP? This exposes the weakness in your reasoning and your poor analytical ability. I can bet my last to dare say, NPP in opposition spends so much money trying to influence key people than the NDC, otherwise all your Akan bearing people should have been bought by now. Your party is simply not attractive to deep thinkers bearing Akan names.Mostly violent, abusive and loud mouths who have been enslaved by the quest for power by all means are attracted to your party. Have you pulsed to ask yourself why your party didn't ask for a replacement of the register prior to the last election?.......if you really believed in your course, then it was a very poor judgement.
