We must bear in mind that politicians can use basic efforts to fulfill the demands of the people and camouflage the people by constantly using those efforts as a pretext to get back to power. So it is right for the intelligentsia within society to challenge these under-achievements of govts and let the people who are not in the know become aware of these deceptive behaviours by societal leaders. Yes NDC could chastise him for doing this but strictly as a man of GOD, he is doing his Godly mission ( not business mission as has been slanted by some critics). Importantly, as one of society's stakeholders, his role has been solid and almost permanent so he has seen so many govts come and go. Rev.Otabil has had the privilege to compare and contrast DIFFERENT govts and their achievements. Thus he is capable of passing evaluative judgements on how each one has performed. If he does not draw his followers' attention to community and national issues, who else can do that. Failure to speak out to direct people and govts will mean that he has failed in his GODLY mission
