The district witness massive improvemnt in the health sector under your leadership. This is what the sissala east chiefs should have rewarded you, so that all the youth could emulate your example.

Immediate all visitors, including partnership, ministry of health and GHS officials were so impressed. Eventhough I am not from the district, I truly admire the achievemnts of the district especially the area of the health indicators Brovo to you and your team members including your doctors

  It is one thing having health infrastructure and another thing having qualified health personnel with requisite technical knowledge to manage these facilities.Whiles some Districts with serious minded leadership deliberately lobby,advocate and put in motivational incentives to attract doctors,it is the opposite in Sissala East,where shallow minded leadership engage in destructive tendencies that seriously affect the health and productivity of the populace.Without an iota of doubt the incumbent MP,Alijata has a singular record of confronting and victimizing doctors for political expediency much to the detriment of an ailing population in dire need of health services as a deprived,distant district.We are not oblivious of the MP's ,then DCE,brutal confrontation with Dr Razak ,the District Director of Health that forced him out only to be persuaded by discerning minds to return.Her current victim is a young doctor from Tumu-Welembele she connived with Alban Bagbin to get him dismissed from the GHS on grounds that she was opposed to her.Alban Bagbin had letters of the young doctor directly copied to him as then Health Minister by the DG of GHS Dr.Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira to ensure his orders were executed.This young practitioner who is currently fighting his case at the Human Rights Court could have contributed directly or indirectly to the health needs of the District.Sissala East is one district where foolish politicization of relevant developmental issues has for instance deprived it of valuable human resource including health practitioners.Until the youth understand politics is about disagreeing to agree on dire developmental needs,unscrupulous politicians will only take advantage of the youth for their parochial interest and personal gratification.Personally i am impressed with what Mr.Ali is doing.But that is not enough.Find a way of mobilizing the youth to hold leadership particularly politicians accountable.Aside of writing to praise the good works of others,find a way of exposing and criticizing political leadership whose actions and inactions are seriously undermining the developmental goals of the district.
