Provocative dressing of a female is not a call for sexual exploitation. It does not happen to American women although their outfits are sometimes quite revealing. Women are well protected here and Ghanaian society must do same for its women. Punishing the students that ochestrated the showing of the sexual video in public is a start. This would not have happened without serious repercussions in an American college campus. KNUST authorities should all be ashamed .
