  The last advice is great. If the child is young, it can be easily manipulated and the onus will be on the step mother to take the right steps to bring the child to her side. A little more time will be needed with older chn but still the step mother must do the right thing by them.
  
  Too bad the article didn't discus the duties of the father in such a relationship. That will be important too.
  
  Then things get a bit more complicated when the woman starts to have her own kids who will be the step child's siblings. But, as always, a woman with a great heart, and a man with an even greater heart, can overcome most difficulties.

  This is more than a complex issue ; you can replace a mother ; if I were I will simply not get involved because it can be a bitter experience which you may not like because you can live your true self ; it is a charde living ...
