He said voter turnout was not encouraging which is a lie. The fact of the matter is that the voter register in the NDC stronghold is bloated with ghost names and foreign Togolese. The people who voted for this election is the actual number of registered voters in the Volta region but nothing else. NDC is caught pant down. These nyebros voted in their numbers for NDC but the good things is that we prevented them from fill the ballot boxes with ghost names and Togolese as they use to do in previou elections.
