Ghana parliament is copying America bill of right to information which Ghana parliament did not understand.The US right to information base on conspiracy theory to the question are we alone in the universe?Many believed we are not alone and others believe we are alone and the recent sighting of unidentify objects in the skies which US government refuse to answer.This is the bill of right and information Americans are seek from their government and Ghana is copy blindly.Ghana bill of right to information is tax payers want to know the cost of particular project or purchases of buses and helicopters which the cost are mystery to us.Our MP copied blindly without them knowing what they are coping.
