Apparently, Kwesi is still forcing this article on readers by slyly changing the title a bit. Ghanaweb master doesn't read articles and is easily deceived by such changes. But the article is still too long (more than 4000 words) and people won't read it because of that.
Anyway, Kwesi, I think this is an allegory (the dream story) rather than a direct satire...

The writer should advise himself: give up this hobby you are not really good at, and get a proper job.

Those who visit Ghanaweb are lowbrow browsers and not readers. I thoroughly enjoyed the article from start to finish and hope other readers do. Well done.

Osonoba, it's not everybody who comes to ghanaweb who are lowbrow browsers and not readers. There are people who come here who know enough to be academically critical of Kwesi's writing. On the other hand, many people come to ghanaweb who read and praise articles that are of poor quality because they, themselves, cannot tell quality from bad writing.
Kwesi clearly has missed his road with this article. He has been on ghanaweb for a long time and knows exactly the readership here and how to tune his articles to the site.
This present article is clearly too long because Kwesi has put in a lot of unnecessary stuff in the false belief that he is being artistic. Some of us can easily see so many parts of this piece that should have been lopped off to make it better!
Kwesi can gain a lot by asking a trusted colleague to read and review his articles and offer suggestions for improvement before he submits them. There is nothing degrading in asking your colleague to review you. After all, you do it to them too. It helps improve your work. No matter how highly you think of your work, there is always someone who can offer suggestions that will make it even better...

I could relate the characters in your fictional creation to real people but since you state that it is fiction, I withdraw my comment on the veiled references and inferences
