When did Kwarteng Francis become Nana's friend to know his mind? I never knew an electoral defeat could cause abodam. Ndc are their own enemies and they will help their party to stay in opposition for long. A party without elders to advise them or wise councilors will never bring any good results. Their elders like Kwamina and Ato Ahwoi,Totobi Kwakye etc are sitting down aloof for these latter day saints to destroy the ndc. These ndc writers on social media are so annoying they making that party the more unattractive. Here was a party in government who chose the opposition leader to be their message and rode on that to opposition and instead of them explaining to Ghanaians what went wrong and how they could reorganize, they've taking the man they took as their campaign message denigrated,vilified and insulted which annoyed the Ghanaian people so much so that they gave him a massive win, a knockout, which will take ndc a long time to heal and have let them go

In one of Francis Kwarteng's earlier papers (2015) on Scientific Thinking (Dompere), Mr. Kwarteng quoted a passage from a paper written by Kwame Nkrumah. The paper in the 1943 Univ. of PA., Educational Outlook publication was titled "Education and Nationalism in Africa", published under the African Student Association banner.

In 1943, before he'd changed his name, Kwame Nkrumah noted that:

"...any educational program which fails to furnish criteria for the judgment of social, political, economic, and technical progress of the people it purports to serve has completely failed in its purpose, and has become an educational fraud...".

In 2017, given the comparative poor state of education in Ghana and the challenge many Ghanaian graduates and professionals have thinking critically, that statement is still very relevant.

However, in view of current knowledge in sociology, psychology, geography, etc, we would modify "social" into "socio-cultural".

OUR SO WHAT TAKE: The fact that Ghana's governments continue to make big/fundamental decisions without data, without convincing stakeholders with data they also can evaluate, that there is still a tendency to hide data and information, all this show Ghana's educational system (including the political system) have retrogressed, compared to the data we have on the CPP government of Kwame, post-1955 - 1966. Now, lately, there is a lot of talk and plans to kick-up "Evaluation" and "Research" in government. We hope Akufo Addo's government will do better, and in so doing, inspire, challenge, and provide some capability to the Ghana academy. The odd thing, though, is they've already made some very big decisions without the benefit of data for proper "judgment(s)", which can still be corrected.

But, they (Akufo Addo and Team, must be humble), and a little more objective (i.e., non-partisan)).

But then proper feasibility study approach should be conducted prior to reforming the structure of our Education. The Four-year policy injections during erstwhile Agyekum government interplay indecisive plights of education ministry meanwhile it only reversed academic age of student of that badge.
We need directional reform and Technology and Technical uplifting in marching up the pace of global technological advancement. The office of the minister and executives occupying the education ministry should be schooled and reoriented in formulation and implementation of new policies to save our future.

We all know that national patapaa party (npp) is not a responsible party. It is a completely a lawless party. So l was surprised when akuffo addo hypocritically said 'npp is a party of rule of law'. Is it taking over public institutions by your miscreant and hooligan party members that is the rule of law? Or destruction of public property the rule of law? Is the self-acclaimed president akuffo addo's condoning and conniving with this irresponsible and dastardly act the rule of law? Or killing people you have defeated in an election that is the rule of law? Akuffo addo and kennedy agyapong are criminals. Akuffo addo illegally brought foreign terrorists to come and trained npp foot soldiers to do what they are doing now. They thought they would lose the election and cause mayhem but those trained criminals became disappointed and frustrated when President Mahama with his spirit of humility accepted defeat and therefore decided to test the potent of their concealed mischief on innocent Ghanaians to annihilate them. Patapaa akuffo addo should know that Ghanaians have rejected him 3 times because they knew he was voilent and irresponsible man but it's just because of the economic hardship and his consistent plead to Ghanaians to consider him the chance to be president that led to his emergence. Even as it stands now l can tell you that despite Mahama's defeat, Ghanaians still have sympathy for Mahama than you akuffo addo. You are just being put on probation by Ghanaians. Therefore you should know that Ghanaians are going to vote you out to your village now that you, akuffo addo and ken agyapong have started your drug addict behaviour which was the reason why Ghanaians rejected akuffo addo 3 times. In fact it has Confirmed and vindicated Ghanaians for rejecting you 3 times. And for that matter this will reinforce Ghanaians to be resolved to reject you the 4th time to avoid patapaa(akuffo addo) at 88 in the presidency.
