The problem is not lack of talents by not developing the game from primary school to the universities or lack of Colts competition.
I keep repeating this and people are not listening. The problem all boils down to money. The government alone cannot finance football and needs the rich people in society to invest in it. We have talents who can feed the individual clubs from the premier league to second division teams but we kept losing these talents to teams in South Africa, Tanzania, Sudan, DR Congo, etc.
We don't pay these Players a living wage because the owners of these clubs lack resources. Look at the so called stadiums these teams play in. The so called stadiums at Berekum, Dormaa and others are disgraceful to Ghana. Our clubs are not competitive in club competitions in Africa because our best league players leave every year to other Africa countries and some low ranked leagues in Europe for as low as $20,000 a year because we can't even afford to pay these Players five thousand Ghana Fed is.
The problem is not Nyantakyi alone. Changing Nyantakyi alone Wil not solve the myriad of problems in football.

Sammy what you are describing is the responsibility of FAs led by Nyatakyie. It the FAs that create opportunity for local businesses and businessmen to jump on the opportunity to make money. The football owner abroad don't invest in their game without their FA presenting them with actual numbers to justify the opportunity. The FA abroad do their home work to ensure the local league is first patronized via marketing etc then once they have interested local population, business people invest into it.
It's not the other way around where our FA squanders every money that it gains on themselves and expect people to invest in teams that play games in empty stadiums

Don't blame Kwasi Nyantakyi; blame the over-rated and inexperienced player who strangely make up our Black Stars sqauad. Kwasi Nyantakyi has qualified Ghana to 3 successive World Cups; no other GFA chairman has been able to do that. And just because some unscrupulous guys are spearheading his removal doesn't mean everyone should join. We can decide to bring on the best administrators in the game; we won't reach anywhere with bad oaches and inexperienced players. Nothing new will happen to our team, without proper planning etc. Please think well and think deep before making such baseless arguments.

Ghana soccer is hurting but the GFA are using talents trained by other FA elsewhere to fulfil the lack of talents that come out out of our FA.
What Kwesi Nyahtakyie don't get is simply that FA are localized based entities whose prowess is seen in their leagues.
Hardly do FA gets judged by national teams in any serious soccer nations. The FAs around the world which we respect are are managing the La liga, Bundesliga, EPL,, and many more I can't mention. All these FA are money making enablers and create space for serious football business. The Ghana FA led by Kwesi Nyantakyie cannot say they are in this category. Nyantakyie cannot even manage Congo league or South African league or Brazilian leagues. All these leagues and the European leagues have something in common. They all have strong and competitive local leagues with heavy support from the local populations.
In Ghana we have a jaundiced FA begging for crumbs to share among Nyantakyie and his minions so our youth teams suffer. Our leagues suffer. And we continue to judge our FA with talented players that had been groomed elsewhere to one play our national teams. This is why there is absolutely no cohesion in our teams especially at the senior level. This is why we have no threatening strikers because we have no programs to develop our needs.
Nyantakyie must realize that football is managed for profit elsewhere and so we should ask him what net profit had his outfit added to our GDP? Can he justify all the investments the various governments have put in stadium etc with the GFA led by him?
Ghana will need to sack him and endure the Fifa banana revamp the FA and economic model that can garner full interests from our populace. Today no one is interested in Ghana football except on occasions when we have an international match. That's a big failure by GFA
