Bro,thank you.For understanding the structure of Government.There is no lean government on this face of the planet earth.everybody things advance and develop countries has lean government but is not and the trick is that they have decentralized government.In advance countries mayors are elected into office including counsellors and trustees.This is just towns alone so is districts,municipals and province or regions and the country,state or nation.Because of decentralize and the people elect their own leaders and not the president appointing them make government lean to ignorants and educated fools and who think they know it all but know nothing.folks just pick your dictionary and research the meaning of minister and you will got to know that Ambassadors are all ministers so tell me if there is lean government anywhere in the world since the world has almost 200 countries.think folks about UN and other international bodies and commonwealth that government has to sent ministers to represent Ghana.It is ignorant the believe in lean government.Even Mahama appoint thieves and crying ministers into his government.

IF the country is broke, we should be learning to do more with less. There is NO management paradigm where you do more with more.

My dear friend the end does not justify the means. Nana has reduced taxes which means government has less revenue until it can find alternative ways to bridge the gap. I want to see the maths of all that added remuneration.

I could say more but I would be careful in my hope; from a management perspective he isn't doing very differently.
