Mahama is finished politically. Any leader who accept a vehicle from a contractor who has benefitted from a government toad project doesn't care about his legacy. He is corrupt to the core that that was why he couldn't crack the proverbial whip. He and his brother cared more for material things than doing good for the country. That was why he was humiliated by the electorate in December 2016. He is nothing but a one liner footnote in the anals of Ghanaian politics.

I believe President Mahama SHOULD hold on, scan the political environment and do a SWOT analysis on the NPP government, after they have spent one year in office, then do another SWOT of his Presidency BEFORE taking a decision in Jan 2018. That way he would have an empirical basis for this decision which we will all support. Till then, let's remain calm and remain very critical of the actions and inactions of the NPP.

Oh what a Genius this Writer is, he is a brilliant Political mind and I strongly wish the entire membership of the Great Akatmanso Party will adhere to hi wise Counsel. In fact it really serves the interest of the Humble and Affable President and that of the Party to allow a greatand an examlary L;eader to honorably retire from the Political Scene at this Stage and assume the more honorable role as a Statesman. After all he has contribute incredibly to the wholistic Development of the Country for pretty much the entire duratiion of his Political Career. The Good Lord has enabled him to ably steer the wheel of Governance to a an excellent and pivotal point. I say Congratulations to you Mr President. God bless your Legacy. Do not pay heed to those calling on you to come back a Second Coup Degrace. You deserve better.

Mahama no doubt is a gentleman but his major weakness as a leader lies in that very character in which he tried to please everyone. The result was his failure to totally transform the economy and destiny of Ghana and northern Ghana in particular. I am sure by now Mahama himself will realise how he missed an opportunity to rescue the north of his birth because of his indecisive leadership flaws. Safe the Tamale Airport and the Damongo-Fosulso road for which he will be righly remembered, his failure to decisively fully deliver on the creation of autonomous Universities for the deprived north in the Upper-Regions even as he did so for the Eastern, Volta and Western Universities through the Poly conversion is heat-breaking. What a missed opportunity to transform the most depressed part of Ghana. Sad!

THAT THEY DID THESE THINGS BECAUSE I WAS AMERICA AND WESTERN WORLD FAVOURITE CANDIDATE TO CONTEST THE FORMER PRESIDENT A CLAIMED THAT THEY MADE AND MADE THE FORMER PRESIDENT TO DRAW DISTANCE BETWEEN HIM AND MYSELF AND THAT I WAS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO STEP INTO ANY OFFICES OF THE FLAGSTAFF HOUSE EXCEPT THE OUTER RECEPTIONS FOR THE FOUR (4) YEARS OF THE NDC GOVERNMENT.
THAT EVEN THE REQUEST THAT I DULY MADE TO THEN CHIEF OF STAFF PROSPER BANI TO PURCHASE AN AUCTION CAR/VEHICLE SINCE 2013 WAS NOT ALSO HONOURED.
THAT THE FORMER PRESIDENT JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA IF HE STILL INTERESTED IN CONTESTING THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS SHOULD SUBJECT HIMSELF TO THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS.

Looking just at the amount spent on the VP house under construction shows you the NDC deserved lo look. The lessons he has learned from MP to president can be taught in political science classes at our universities.

He has served his Country to his ability: first,as a legislator
second, as a Policy and Decision maker. Now, Ex President is moving to the world stage and I believe he will serve the world as well.
While should the ex president look back? he needs to continue to think outside the box on the world stage. I believe Mr. Dramani Mahama should go into the world to spread the gospel of humility, respect and dignity.
Ex President Mahama should not go back to the NDC with the aim of becoming a flag bearer, and for that matter, eyeing the presidency again. It will never happened again. I believe It is destined by God for Mr. Ex President Mahama to go higher heights.

Hmmm Power,once tasted remains in the blood and no amount of words nd promises not to come back will change the future decision to come back unless another defeat repeat it self.He was never a listening president nd sold his chances in the 2016 election to a few greedy guys around him who gave him bad advises over a critical national decisions that affects ordinary Ghanaian. Those guys are latter day sent politicians nd only interested in money nd need less power. The very people good nd experienced people who could have offered him good advises, he never wanted them around him like Bagbin and Haruna Iddrisu,but prefered to have greedy guys like Omane Boamah nd useless nd arrogant Standogbe,who disrespect Ghanaian media. How many times did the public complained abt Standogbe behaviour, he president mahama what did he do? Hmm multifacet indeed. It's a lessons to all of us.
