I've schooled, lived and working in so-called advanced country. I can tell you on authority that About 90% of graduates in this so-called advanced countries go after exiting jobs. Give the Ghanaian graduate a break!

you. That's why we have so many graduates unemployed. Look, the university is to impart knowledge to you in order that you can be much creative to begin something on your own and if possible employ others. A1 boss hawking on the street is rather showing his entrepreneur acumen. He is making it. pretty soon, know one will see him on the streets. As a start up business, his presence on the streets serves as a motivation for all his employees. We all want to be in suits in offices even if we are paid 500 cedis a month we are okay. Haha funny people. Pretty soon after your first class Bsc. accounting, he will employ you as his accountant and pay you how much he deems fit.

If it was and sustainable to start your own business, we would I mean all Ghanaian would be self employed. We are quick to put blame on the door steps of our universities. The work environment is always different from the academic. Employers don't want to train staff. They looking for people with experience. So there are a few entry-level? jobs available. Even with experience?d people it take awhile to grasp a new work system.
