  Rawlings era has to be damned. He wasted out time to 19 years. He was all talk but empty and eventually a failure. He has no respect intentionally because they see him as useless. He has two assignments yearly.

  1. Addressing party fool soldiers 2. Addessing Hogbetsotso festival. As far as I'm concerned, he is in eternal gloom and doom. His counterpart Kufuor is in eternal glory
