I agree with the writer 100% Ghana is very dangerous place. Also, I agree with the premise of his argument and the suggest he has outlined. It is clear he is a forward thinker, unlike our corrupt leaders.

The US where u live, though has a well resourced and motivated police force, some of the worse violent crimes are recorded in that part of the globe.
