  Much as we appreciate the concerns raised we are also worried and skeptical about your ability to promptly respond and do a s medically required of you. The usual complaints from you are, the ambulance is down, no fuel or we are charged a very exorbitant fee.

  In country with limited ambulance service, what do you expect the public to do? Even in large cities across the country, there's very limited ambulance service, let alone the small towns and rural areas where there are hardly any ambulances. The country needs more ambulance services, but this can only be achieved through private companies becoming ambulance service operators. Since ambulances are a vital need for well-being of the public, no taxes should be levied on the importation of ambulances so that owners can make cost of services affordable to the public.
