Kudos to you madam Philomena Owusu Domfeh..these are the kind of people that needs to be celebrated in Ghana..people who have volunteered their lives and not so much necessarily moved by quick money syndrome..I will buy this woman special gift if I knew her..people like this should be promoted and celebrated in our media space and not someone who run away abroad and stay all his/her life there and come back home only when they retire..once u retire, u are already old and non-functional and cannot contribute anything meaningful to the Ghanaian economy..put madam Philomena’s number down,personally I will support her..who knows, May be those she helped them delivered, my family members could be part..madam Philomena, God bless u for your service or God and mother Ghana..Our country needs more people like your type..

I'm always of the view that whether CS or SVD, doesn't matter but most importantly being alive plus ur baby should be ur utmost concern, but the route or means is all done by God.
