These nuisance needs to be stopped asap..the evil Uk country needs to be stopped asap..this is against any humanity values..it’s purely stupid for the Uk Govt to use money to lure nurses and teachers from African countries especially Ghana for them to go to Uk..the Govt of Ghana if they have sense and brains needs to put a ban on these nonesense..so the Uk Govt taking all the nurses from Ghana, when our old grandparents and mum’s are sick, who should take care of them since they are evil and greedy and trying to take all the nurses in Ghana away..yes there is leadership failure in Africa(Ghana) but it doesn’t guarantee the Uk to be taking those skilled workers again..in less than a year more than 10,000 nurses have left the country mostly to Uk and other countries, and as a Govt, u are sitting down not concerned, come on, why do we have imbeciles ruling Ghana? This is agains the international laws..Ghana needs to place a ban on skilled workers especially nurses, teachers and doctors leaving the country..these skilled workers are the core foundation of the country..As a country, if u keep loosing these skilled workers in huge numbers, then your country will automatically fall..imagine going to hospital and the most trained and experienced nurse or doctor is no more there to take care of patients..We have too many jokers are politicians in Ghana..this is a serious crisis..Will the Uk sit down and watch if something like this happens..Nigeria has done the right thing by placing a ban on nurses from travelling outside..for this, I think it’s a laudable idea and the Ghana Govt needs to do same..it seems we have puppets in government now..this is serious issue that needs to be addressed ASAP..This is why we need cheddar..

According to statistics, in less than a year, Ghana has lost more than 10,000 nurses and teachers, and as a Govt, u are just siting down not bothered? Come on, do African politicians understand governance? This is so bad..something needs to be done to address this crisis..why is the Uk Govt targeting only nurses and teachers from Ghana? So do we have educated people in parliament? Sometimes I wonder how and what kind of education these politicians had..so if all these youth are leaving Ghana, who Will these politicians rule? Probably they will rule over their own families and the dusty roads..

2. the GHS/MOH should look at a roboust measures to allicate these nurses as soon as they complete their course. why are some still at home after 4 years on qualifying. nonsense!!!
3. the course curriculum are not up to standard.
most of your nurses are working as carers. assistants, homecare because they paid to pass their exams. curruption .
4. manority lack professional attitude.
the UK govt is soending a lot of money to train these your so called nurses to use them as junior nurses.
Dr Kumah, revise the trainung and your recruitment process, salary, professional development to retain your healthcare workers. if not they will continue
