I thought "preventive health care" should focus heavily on education on TV, Radio, news media on healthy living. But we still allow alcoholic drinks of all sorts and fatty and sugary food intakes to go on resulting in high blood pressure etc, but are pushing for free dialysis when these ruin kidneys.
