    Not all married couples want children. There are more serious health issues demanding MANDATORY screening than semen quality

    Is this necessary? What about female fertility tests before marriage? Some women go through several abortions before marriage that damage their wombs and make them incapable of taking seed. Why pick on the men? When you marry ...
