Kwasia man like that. Even when when people were paying huge amounts for it you did not maintain it, it was shut down and people died. Now you are are fooling Ghanaians by giving it for free on election day by even saying for it in advance. Is this your wisdom? Aboa bi ba, kwasiampanin.
