  This is very important fot the goverenment to look into.
  No more license exams fees as well as foreign trained Ghanaian medical doctors recruitment exams fees should be charged US Dollars. Real Cheating.GHS is our money

  Nurses deserve better pay, but that alone will not help to stem the nursing brain drain. Ghana will always have far more trained nurses than available job openings. There aren't that many hospitals or clinic in Ghana to be able to absorb the yearly addition of newly-trained nurses to the job market. It will take better planning by the government and nursing schools to determine how best address the continued exodus of nurses of from Ghana. Unfortunately, the brain drain isn't confined to just the nurses, but also to many other professions in Ghana. The problem lies in a constant population growth with scarce local job opportunities.

  You are just right but you did not talk about the negative effect on UK as well and to enable us to use to measure how government of Ghana is using this same style to recruit lower income earners to reduce productivity and income of high income earners without considering the consequencies. Governments should balance the equation on both sides to derive the maximum benefit it deserves.
