Who is this CEO crying out to? What is the purpose of your role as the CEO of the facility. The hospital has a means to internally generate funds to support what the government provides. This CEO does not deserve to be at this position for one day. Managers are appointed to fix problems and not to throw their hands in the air and crying like babies. If you can't fix issues at your facility that you head then you don't have any business at that place.

If a common diagnostic machine like a mammogram is lacking , then I wonder if other machines like CT scan , MRI are available. These leaders who oversaw this deplorable condition in this hospital should be castrated .

Please consider simple breast ultrasound which is much better at detecting cancers in younger women with denser breasts. They are more accurate in initial imaging for this demographic. AND MUCH MUCH CHEAPER TO PROCURE. HEALT ...
