  This is not the first time we are hearing this. Ghana is on autopilot and nothing will happen. Sadly, there are people from the Sahel region who publicly hawk unauthorized drugs on their heads and nothing happens to them; they are even exempted from paying daily tolls. Would foreigners who hawk unauthorized drugs when caught would be deported and not prosecuted? Ghana, a real banana republic.
