Becouse the ghana government cannot employ them all duw to lack of financial resources and corruption.

The only ones needed are medical laboratory scientists, radiographers, and health information officers. Physiotherapists are needed too but the system have not been designed to accommodate them in a number of hospitals.

You lack knowledge. Physiotherapists are needed in every hospital unless of course the health ministry does not know the roles they play in the recovery and post recovery stages.
