Where is the leader who instigated others to embark on the strike. She has currently flew out of the country, the economical dying nurse has money to flow out of Ghana, and you are defending them.

They can stay at home all they want. And be taking the salary they say is not enough. Without any engagement, if they can be at home for one year taking salary every month, we shall see.

There are so many private facilities today. Public facilities offer some of the poorest services extorting money from clients to manage their own facilities. It is not necessary to meet their conditions.

In fact government should consider giving all Ghana Health Service facilities to CHAG to manage, and let's see something.
This nonsense of a politically-induced strike must come to an end.
