  Doctors will never advice you on healthy foods, exercise and sleep. Most of what he is talking about doesn't need any test if live healthy. Cut down alcohol, high cholesterol foods, too much salt and meat

  But the test is still necessary, people do have a healthy life style and still have some of these diseases which are related to the testing. The government should rather make it free for certain age groups.

Sometimes the body produces excess fat to block the arteries.Only a cholesterol check will let you know this..The government should make health checks free for all adult Ghanaians.

  Dr. Oko Boye knows nothing apart from going online to copy articles and post to Ghanaians. Any ordinary person can just do that. He should concentrate on his politics and leave us alone.
