  No sugar, no meat, no milk, no fish for 21 days just the appropriate herbal tea and light soup. They have to get appropriate sun and earthing during the period
  After 21 days, they start regular food but no sugar - replaced with pure honey, yam and cassava everyday, eggs and appropriate meat.
