How is this a relevant policy direction for a pro poor policy? This is a policy meant that is pro poor, how many of the rural folk even have enough cash, not to talk of introducing cashless, for who to use such platforms? Just an avenue to spend, spend and spend. The real work of this institution is at the districts, get people to sign up, renew and get providers to give good services but the head office of nhis is like some presidential palace and the den of political footballing
