The attitude of Ghanaian nurses stink. They're just horrible. When patients are in pain and need attention and care, all they do is chat lazily among themselves or be on social media. I wonder the kind of training they undergo! On the few occasions that I've had to go to the hospital with relatives, I've really 'given it to them' for their lackadaisical and unprofessional approach to patients in pain. I've experienced better healthcare delivery service in other jurisdictions so I know ours are just horrible.

Instead your executives to take their time explain the rudiments of your work you are there threatening strike action.
Let's even assume the gentlemen over reacted must you be threatening government and the minister over an individuals actions?

As government workers we all go through some work hazards. Four years ago at a District Assembly in Oti a person came to attack a works engineer with pistol stuck in his socks because he was aggrieved by an action the Assembly took.

It took the wisdom of the Coordinating Director to explain the procedure to him and the man rather ended up apologizing.
The Director could have called in the police but he chose to educate the person.

Medicine is a learned profession, the Dr.s including the CEO know or acquainted with rights , why had they refused to take to the right course instead?
The general public as a third person would support entirely if the Hospital had taken a step.
Anger and speculation could not address a situation unless step is taken.
