  We should stop the rhetoric and audit the hospitals over their claims and also sample patients for interviews over type of service requested and received at the hospital. Some facilities prescribe medication that are out of stock but do they send claims to NHIA? Some charge so much for lab services and patient cards and you wonder why. One facility is fond of renewing the patient card needlessly

Request for access to their backend and you'll be shocked. A lot of hidden charges. Frustrating clients here and there.. The NHIA should be serious and act swiftly. These hospitals are extorting too much from us..
