  Pharmacists are involved. If you are not careful, they will sell you paracetamol with Tramadol instead of just paracetamol. This is the same tactic companies used to get Americans hooked on opiates.

  Pharmacists are involved. They know cough syrup is addictive. They know the LASTING damage caused by mixing alcohol and cough syrup.
