His parrt NPP failed to build h I hospitals to create opportunities for Healthcare workers but looted the state for eight good years so he must shut up and allow the government to correct the situation..

There are too many doctors been trained nowadays, by so many medical schools for government alone to be able to absorb. Increasingly the private sector, which is expanding and modernising, should take up more of this burden.

If medicine is your divine career, you don't need to sit home to be posted. Once you have a license, go on outreaches to towns and villages, churches , mosques etc to offer services at a little fee and you will be amazed you have employed yourself. Just as other professionals are advised to start their own business with the knowledge acquired from university, same goes to Drs.
Those who won't think differently but decide to travel abroad will only regret later because money is never satisfaction!
