  This is total hypocrysy. has teh government just realized there are unethical issues that go on in our hospitals? Some doctors and nurses, and generally, the healthcare personnel are some of the most atrocious government employees in the country. People die unnecessarily because some doctors and nurses blatantly refuse to take care of them for not bribing them. Yes, the word is bribing, because such charges end up in these unscrupulous individuals pocket. If this body is to resolve any of these issues, it should be nationwide, and not only in these two outfits. The situation of bribery and corruption among our healthcare personnel stinks, and it's about time somebody does something about it.

  U are looking at systemic issues. What about the individuals including the director general of ghana health seevice? Is he not supposed to step down to allow for investigations? His conduct at ridge hospital has been called to question and being investigated but he sits at the top of the ghana health service. How do u expect his subordinates to volunteer information to aid the work of the committee?
  This clearly is another useless adventure to waste public funds.
