  Why is the situation troubling? Who forces who to take some hard substance to impact his/her brain? People make choices they think will help them so, who cares?
  As we speak, what do we hear from the media etc about marijuana etc? People are pushing the narrative that it should be grown in large quantities and also sell in the open because it generates money. In the end, who bears what comes with it, the poor guy while the man pushing that deadly narrative makes his million.
  
  There are countless substances on the market with no regulations as if the government does not care so who suffers at the end of the line?
