  I am very excited about this. Most of these are related to some “Misguided Thoughts “or beliefs that Foreign medical professionals are better. Well , I am afraid this is not true. Most of our doctors trained outside the country and practicing in Ghana suffer the same. I was in Ghana a couple of years ago and suffered massive INFECTIONS. I went to a private Hospital in WEIJA and was “Checked and Examined physically by this doctor who is Foreign but established in Ghana , speaks RUSSIAN anyway. She told me exactly what was happening to me. And surprisingly suggested to my children to rush me back to Europe where I live . I was pretty surprised and upset. And said to her:: “Surely , you are a Doctor same as the trained doctors all over the world, what is the problem ? Is it the lack of knowledge to treat me or lack of Medications. I angrily said? She smiled and said kindly, sir , if you trust me to treat you here in Ghana , rather than flying back to Europe, yes, I can do that. I said to her that I had my Business Class ticket and my insurance for “Air Ambulance Services to any nearest hospital in the world. I asked the doctor to get on with it. She restored my health in that hospital in WEIJA. I showed the X-ray films and pictures and the kind of treatment I received from this hospital in WEIJA to my GP on my return to Europe . I went to a voluntary quarantine for sometime to for another check over. This hospital and doctor are now my favourite family hospital and doctor in Ghana.
