  Thank you Minister for calling the Spade a Spade but not a Big Spoon. Our Medical Professionals, especially in our Regional and National Capitals are usually overwhelmed with their workloads and not being paid regularly and consistently as Soldiers, the Police and Politicians. Our Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals are Humans with families to cater for. Naturally, if they are not paid for sometimes over a year, how do we expect them to give up their best? I will not if I am overworked and not paid. Let our Soldiers not be paid for two months and let us see what will happen in the country.
  Some Teachers have not been paid for about 18 months. How do we expect them to get to School and teach. How can they feed their families.
  Naturally, there can be bad Medical Professionals but generally, they are good and perform beyond expectations. Let them be paid regularly and accordingly and see how they will perform.

  Well said, Frankie! Whether military, police, "tankase", and the judiciary they're all workers. All workers irrespective of the profession or sector must the treated equally so that they will be able to deliver excellently!

  Yes ,but ensure that under your tenure we have enough beds and basic tools to make the job of health workers easy. Because Ghanaians get frustrated when they are turned away for lack of these tools at our health facilities
