  The enforcement is lackadaiscal because the consumers and the sellers of this product don't reside in East Legon and Airport.
  
  The same reason why there is never Disconnection exercise in squatter camps where electricity is tapped with speaker wires and hooked on to wooden structures. Amidst all those hazards, when has there ever been a publicised isconnection exercise in containers and kiosks?
  
  The same reason why okada can run the redlight with impunity but as soon as a range rover or mercedes does same, there will be a high-speed chase as if national treasure was just stolen.
  
  The same reason why trotros and motorbikes, (note that most common form of transport for robberies is motorbikes including killing of police officers) are not checked at check points but private cars wil be checked vigorously.
  
  Ghana punishes a section of the citizenry demed to be successful yet without this same citizenr, the country will be in shambles.

  The blatant disregard and hypocrisy of allowing the sale of this “DEADLY “ stuff (TSOFI) in the country is astounding. If it is really true that this “TSOFI “ is deadly and banned why do we see it blatantly and openly on “ SALE “ ? At least Notices of arrests and prosecutions of Citizens involved in the sale of this stuff plus the Destruction of the stuff after successful prosecution .
